After training in Paris with an elite French military unit, Jeongguk, a young South Korean soldier, suddenly finds himself discharged and kicked out of the Army after being diagnosed with a debilitating form of PTSD. Homeless and with no place to go, he takes a chance and hops a train to places unknown, leaving his final destination to fate. There he plans to start a new life, with the hopes of forgetting about his troubled past.
He ends up at cherry orchard in the small town of Cerét, France where the rolling green hills converge into a calming tapestry where love and cherry blossoms bloom amidst a perfect backdrop for romance. As chance would have it, Jeongguk meets another native Korean, a gorgeous blonde farmhand named Jimin who also is running from a troubled past. Jimin finds himself intrigued by the young officer and offers him shelter, a new beginning and an adventure of a lifetime. What starts as a pure and innocent friendship slowly churns into steaming hot passion and raw desire between the two men who never expected love to find them.

Have you ever been in the mood for just a plain old story of romance? Love found in Paris in the shadows of the Eiffel Tower. A story about small village towns where donkeys are transportation and poems, holding hands and long walks blossom into love and devotion? Where lives or romantisized and destiny prevails no matter what obstacles try to get in the way?
Well this is that story. I wanted something wonderful, light but still bold enough to tackle some pretty tough issues. I just loved writing this. I love writing everything I write (except that a/b/o) so of course I was happy with this one too. I've never been to Paris, but I always imagine it as the most romantic place on earth. This story takes place in a little town known as Ceret which is a few hours outside of Paris. Come fall in love with the cherry orchards and the loving farmers who sustain this fertile land to share its fruit with the world.
