Seoul, Korea - radio DJ Lee Jaemin hosts one of the hottest shows in the city for 106.1 FM Heart of Seoul. As the music of America overtakes the globe, Jaemin and his radio station top the ratings playing the hottest American hits of the 1980's.

But beneath the air waves, a terrible secret is buried as the conniving, backstabbing owner of 106.1 makes everyone's life miserable. Despite it all, Jaemin finds love with the quirky Manager of the local roller skate rink and everything is perfect until a shocking murder places Jaemin the cross hairs of Investigators.
